This week in GSRP we had a few community helpers visit our classrooms. Deputy Rhodes from the Lapeer County Sheriff’s Office talked to the students about stranger danger and how they keep the community safe. Paul Randazzo from Randazzo Jewelry showed our friends how to make bracelets and talked about different types of Jewels. Mrs Sandula visited our class from Dryden Township Library and set a check out station for students to understand how to use a library card and to scan out a book. Heather Bacon from Bacons Balloon Decor created Balloon animals for each student and taught them how to twist, bend and tie to make their very own balloons. Everyday is a learning experience and we are so grateful to have these community helpers spend their time teaching our students about their work. #proudcardinal
