Mrs. Medley’s fourth graders learned about how energy can be stored as height. The students created roller coasters to demonstrate the release of energy with marbles. They tested how height energy changes at different heights, and how energy can be transferred to other objects.

Congratulations to our new elementary Student Library Board. These students will be helping Mrs. Knox to facilitate special programming, providing book talks to their peers, and organizing their assigned areas of the media center.

First graders made their own constellation and explored why we can't see the stars during the day.

First graders are learning all about maps and had a wonderful time exploring the world through Google Earth! We even visited Dryden Elementary!
We are also becoming better readers everyday and one of our favorite parts of the day is getting to read to our book-themed stuffies!

Our first Ed Camp at the elementary was a success! Parents attended 3 short sessions on how to support learning at home. Thanks to Mrs. Roys, Mrs. Knox, and Mrs. White for facilitating!

Michigan won the Rose Bowl in 1993. Relive the Dryden memories of that year with this yearbook. Less than 10 copies available. https://www.ebay.com/itm/184986166175
