Mrs. Delcampo’s class completed the September Brain Shift Challenge and earned their classroom badge! 🧠✨ When Mrs. Martin stopped in to deliver their badge, the students were quick to share what each brain state meant. It was wonderful to see their Brain Shift information displayed in the classroom and hear how much they already remembered. Way to SHIFT! 💜
Families can use the same Brain Shift language at home, too! Clear Brain: calm, focused, and ready. Buzzing Brain: wiggly, distracted, or full of energy. Heavy Brain: sad, overwhelmed, or tired. Guarded Brain: angry, defensive, or panicked. Simply asking, “What brain state are you in right now?” can help kids begin to notice and name what’s happening inside. #proudcardinal
